Sandie
Wernick

Following
a brief stint teaching high school English in Miami Beach, Sandie
started her business career at Bozell & Jacobs, a New York-based Madison Avenue
advertising agency, where she learned how to multi task, long before
it became part of the jargon; she worked simultaneously on two major national media
pr tours
for Weyerhauser Corporation and Wise Potato Chips in support of
their national advertising campaigns. After she left Bozell, she moved across Madison Avenue to Park Avenue,
where she served as the Assistant Publicity Director for The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel.
After
relocating to San Francisco, Sandie worked as Account Executive at
International Public Relations, a small, but
globally-connected
agency, where she supervised such accounts as the Hotel New Otani in Tokyo and Los Angeles, Simi Winery, San Benito Vineyards and the Geysers in Northern California.
Appointed Director of Advertising and Public Relations for Hyatt on Union Square (now the Grand Hyatt San Francisco,) Sandies next nine
years were devoted
to positioning, branding and marketing the property during a period of spectacular growth. During that time, she won many awards, the most prestigious
of which were from the American Hotel & Motel Association for First
Place - Crisis Communications and First Place - Community
Relations/Public Service.
Sandie is an
active member of the San Francisco public relations community, having served as president of the San Francisco Bay Area
Publicity Club, and on the Board of Directors of American Women
in Radio and Television and Women in Communications. She
is also an active member of the San Francisco Professional Food Society, International Food, Wine and Travel
Writers Association, Bay Area Travel Writers Association, National Association of Female Executives and various
nonprofits. For six years, she was Executive Director of Sales &
Marketing Executives of the Bay Area, an affiliate of Sales
& Marketing Executives International.
For over a
decade, Sandie has been listed in Whos Who, Whos Who in American Women and Whos Who in U.S. Executives. She is
often invited to speak at seminars,
schools and professional organizations on the subject of public relations, marketing, crisis
communications and advertising. She has been a guest lecturer at
Golden Gate University, University of California,University of
San Francisco and San Francisco State University and she taught a marketing course at the
Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She has also been featured in many print and
electronic stories relating to the industry and has written
extensively on these subjects in a variety of journals and
magazines.
Sandie earned
her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History with a minor in
Psychology from the University of Florida in Gainesville and has
taken advanced course work at the University of San Francisco.

Neil
Worden brings to WMG a wealth of marketing, desktop
publishing, office management and IT experience. While
working in these capacities for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Northern Trust Bank, PowerBar and
Merrill Lynch, he developed training sessions for
clients desiring to market company websites, served as a
marketing copywriter, wrote several website navigation manuals, designed databases,
compiled Internet research, edited Y2K project summaries and
organized special events.
Neils eclectic
background also includes teaching and professional acting. At
the University of Washington, he taught acting courses
in complete contrast to ten years as a
backcountry instructor and program director for Ben
Delatour Scout Ranch in the Northern Rockies. Hes performed
on stage and in film and has been occasionally pushed into a
few nights of stand-up comedy. At WMG, Neil employs his
acting background to assist clients with public speaking
and media training exercises.
He earned a Bachelor of Fine
Arts - Performance, with a minor in Biology, Anthropology
and Creative Writing, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of
Colorado and a Master of Fine Arts - Performance, from the University
of Washington.
Neil, his wife and infant
son reside in San Francisco.

She is the winner of the prestigious 1994 William Tell Award, which
is granted annually by the broadcast and print media for the "best in
the public relations profession." Her award was for the best story
pitch received with extra points for brevity, unusual angles and overcoming initial resistance.
Trisha is also a specialist in strategic planning, business development,
new product/service introductions, corporate image campaigns, marketing
support, event and seminar planning, journalism, media placement,
broadcast and media training.
Trisha is a member of the San Francisco Bay Area Publicity Club and has
served on its Board of Directors for three years. She earned a BA in
English and Creative Writing from Penn State University.

Elizabeth has been
associated with the Wernick Marketing Group from its
inception 18 years ago. In addition to serving as a consultant to WMG, she also
represents the firm at client meetings and conferences on the East Coast, and assists
with the planning and implementation of east-coast-based special events such as the first
annual Koret Foundation National Jewish Book Awards Ceremony at
the Harvard Club in New York.
In her role as an editor,
researcher and writer for WMG, Elizabeth writes marketing plans, strategic planning overviews and white papers. She is
also the "final eye" for many of the firms collateral materials, advertisements and
direct mail pieces.
In addition to her joint
venture alliance with WMG, she works as a consultant in private practice in New York, New Jersey and Miami. At the same time, she is
the creative advisor for a thriving dot.com website, sensui.com, which she helped
transition from a small direct mail catalogue company into a profitable e-commerce venture.
Prior to her consulting
work, Elizabeth was Associate Director of the Anti-Defamation
League in Miami. In the field of education, she has held several positions,
including Adjunct Professor, Assistant to the Director, and Research
and Teaching Assistant/Clinical Instructor at Florida International
University. She was a TEC Workshop Instructor for the Dade County
Public Schools and was a classroom teacher at Miami Beach Senior High School (where
she originally met Sandie Wernick, a fellow teacher) and Pompano Beach Senior High
School. In her spare time, she starred in a network and cable television commercial for Proctor
and Gamble which ran for over ten years throughout North America.
Elizabeth is a member of
numerous professional organizations, some of which include the American Association of University Women, American Educational
Research Association, American Psychological Association, National Association for Female
Executives, Phi Delta Kappa (a professional Education Fraternity), Phi Kappa Phi (National
Academic Honor Society), Screen Actors Guild, Women in
Communications and Zeta Phi Eta (National Professional Fraternity in
Communication Arts and Sciences.)
She has published dozens of
papers, including A Guide to the Planning and Execution of Short
Conferences for the Anti-Defamation League, and A Review of National
Report on Womens Health Issues for the American Public Health Association. She is
licensed and certified by the State of Florida Department of Education, Yad Vashem Summer Institute
of Holocaust Studies (in Israel) and the University of Miami Preventive Strategies for
Substance Education.
Elizabeth holds a Doctorate
in Education from Florida International University and a Masters and Bachelors in Education from the University of Miami.
She has dual residences -

Jane
Bloom

Personal Management
 Jane
Bloom's professional experience spans more than 20 years in public
relations, marketing, advertising and entertainment in San Francisco and
Los Angeles. Prior to establishing JB&A in 1973, she was affiliated
with The Mirisch Corporation, United Artists and Paramount as a
publicist. In 1984, she co-wrote and co-produced a video documentary,
MARILYN: CLOSE UP, for National Video Productions. Since 1990, JB&A
has been recognized as one of the entertainment industry's top Personal
Management firms.
Her association with WMG, which spans two
decades, has been extremely beneficial for both of their companies and
clientele. Jane has provided celebrities, their services and her
numerous contacts in the Los Angeles and New York markets for the many
special event functions produced by WMG, including stockholder meetings,
hotel and restaurant grand openings, retail openings, seminars and
speeches and tennis/golf tournaments.
At the creative helm of JB&A, Jane
produced, wrote and directed television commercials and industrials, as
well as designed and staged trade shows, conventions and major charity
events. She also produced several award-winning print/direct mail
campaigns for the agency's predominantly consumer-oriented client base.
JB&A clients regularly appeared on 60
Minutes, 20/20, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Hour Magazine,
CNN, Geraldo, Entertainment Tonight, USA Today and the BBC, as well as

Jane is currently developing an
action-adventure series for television.
